Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

Returns and Exchanges

At Oshawa Jewellery we appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We try to portray our items as clearly as possible.  We do have mixed sources for our item descriptions and pictures, some coming from our suppliers and brands while others we compose and take pictures of internally.  Generally, pictures of jewellery are magnified to allow for a better representation of the items, however, items may not be exactly as they appear.  This can be due to manufacturing changes, display screen differences or a multitude of reasons.

If for any reason you would like to return a product that you have received, you have 15 days to return the item(s) from the delivery date for a refund.  The item(s) must be returned unworn, unused, in original condition and with all documentation and packaging in as new and resalable condition. 

Exchanges or in store credits will be offered for items deemed applicable (as outlined above) for a period of 15 days after delivery of item(s).

Discounted, Sale, Repair, Gift Cards, Special Order and Custom Order items, as well as any items that have been personalized or modified (such as engraving or watch sizing) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Oshawa Jewellery retains the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason listed above upon receipt and inspection of the items.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we suggest that you use an insured shipping method in case of loss or damage in shipping.

Shipping

We generally ship insured FedEx with a tracking number and require a signature.
